Launch and configure Scalr server:

After launching your Scalr server, update scalr-server.rb with new info and the following fields:

Once RDS is Created:

Log in and create users.  You will obtain the password from scalr-server-secrets.json:

Finalize configuration:

Complete this configuration and make your changes active by running: scalr-server-ctl reconfigure
